It has been awhile since our last post just because so much has been going on.
To do a quick update, we did want to let everyone know that we have received news that my mom is in heart failure and they do not expect her to last more than the week. She is a fighter though...all who know her DO know that much. So we are staying close to her side and appreciate all of the prayers and support that you all have offered to our family throughout all of our trials over the years. We will survive with God grace and have been given strength through Him to get through it all to this point alone. We don't know what we would have done without God, family, friends and prayer/support so thank you. We will keep you informed of more details as they come about.

Nathan has been doing very well. A couple of small infections slightly inhibit his therapy but he is getting stronger by the day and sooner or later.....he will walk again! Just pray for his continued health to keep him moving forward. We are so grateful that he has been doing so well so quickly. My mom would be so proud of his stength and endurance. He amazes us everyday.

Ryan, Brittany and Haley are now in their new house in McHenry and are loving it. It is such a nice home and they are loving the area. Overall, throughout their recoveries, it is so great to see God bless them with a fresh start as well.
